Drive around the volcanic Reykjanes peninsula, followed by the famous Golden Circle-  Þingvellir national park, Geysir geyser area, and Gullfoss waterfall. Optional stop at the Blue Lagoon (not included). Explore Europe's largest glacier of Vatnajökull and its offspring: the mesmerising Jökulsárlón glacial lagoon and the breathtaking Skaftafell National Park, where it's possible to take a beautiful hike. An optional boat tour on Jökulsárlón (not included).

Explore some beautiful black sand beaches and rock formations, along with the waterfalls Seljalandsfoss & Skógafoss, Dyrhólaey island and Hveragerði geothermal park. Catching glimpses of Iceland's most famous volcanoes (Hekla, Katla and the infamos Eyjafjallajökull).


Enroute to Snaefellsnes, explore the Borgarfjörður fjord dotted with uncountable islands, the Deildartunguhver hot springs and Barnafossar waterfalls; and "the valleys" of Dalir. Drive through the colourful Berserkjahraun lava fields. Then head to the magical Snæfellsnes peninsula, the western edge of the peninsula is the gateway to the Snæfellsjökull national park, a wonderland featuring amazing beach rock formations, scattered craters and of course the Snæfellsjökull glacier itself. 
On the way back to Reykjavik you can take a de-tour along the scenic Hvalfjörður fjord. It is also possible to stop at the Settlement Centre in Borgarnes town, to learn about the first viking settlers of Iceland.
